Did you ever stare at the night sky and wonder how many stars there are out there? Thanks to astronomy today, we have a good estimate of the number of stars in the entire universe. At the last count, there are more than seventy thousand, million, million, million stars. How do we, as human beings, wrap our minds around the enormity of that? How do we even attempt to envision something that large? The universe measures more than fifteen billion light-years across, which means that it would take a particle of light fifteen billion years to travel that distance. Or would it? At the subatomic or quantum level of reality, light doesn't travel like you'd think it does. Light only appears when someone is there to look at it. The rest of the time it is nowhere to be seen. Light actually exists outside of space and outside of time. That means that space and time are perspectives seen by the observer, but not by the light particle. Light particles routinely dodge around the space-time constraints under which we assume that they exist. Inner consciousness is the new frontier of discovery today. Inner consciousness is not something small which is crammed inside the human brain. It is bigger than the universe, because it contains all of Creation. Outer space is merely a projection of consciousness. Inner space is the consciousness doing the projecting. That's why light particles appear to have traveled fifteen billion light-years across the universe in order to reach us as observers. Because we interpret them that way in our consciousness. We construct reality according to those perceptions. The Shift occurring in consciousness today includes a shift to the perspective that all life is a construct of consciousness. The fabric of the universe, the primal Field, was created by consciousness and is held in existence by consciousness. The entire universe is the consciousness of the Creator. Because space is a perspective of consciousness, it is not really "out there," it actually exists within you. You have one view of that field of consciousness from a viewpoint that is unique to your personality. That view comes complete with an apparent location in space and an apparent location in time. We are approaching a global paradigm shift where the world realizes that everything is made up of consciousness. Consciousness creates energy, it creates matter, and it creates the perspectives of space and time. Spiritual philosophies already see the universe as the consciousness of the Creator. Japan is the cleanest country I have ever had the honor of visiting. The people are beautiful and reverent. They express their respect for people, nature and all living things in wondrous and serene ways. It is said that the Japanese people follow the guidelines of the four P’s: be polite, be patient, be precise and be punctual. Eighty percent of Japan is exquisite mountain ranges with lush green vegetation. The other 20 percent of the country is where the majority of people live. The foothills of Mt. Fuji are a two-hour drive from Tokyo. We stayed at a beautiful hotel with a perfect view of the mountain from our bedroom window. They said it is rare to be able to see a clear view of Mt. Fuji at this time of year. For the past three years, the rain and fog were so dense on the day of the Symphony of Peace Prayers that the thousands of people gathered on the prayer field could not even be seen by the presenters on the stage. On May 19th, the day of the Round Table Discussion presentation, we had a cleansing rain that felt like it was purifying every particle of life in Japan. There were 25 special guests invited from around the world to sit at this table to explore and share our visions for the evolution of consciousness and the creation of peace on Earth. There were also 25 youth leaders from around the world who gathered to present their ideas on manifesting peace and planetary transformation. This year the event was expanded to integrate the three aspects of Science, Spirituality and Youth. The synthesis of science and spirituality, both of which have a vital mission and purpose, is paramount to the creation of peace on Earth. The organizers at the Fuji Sanctuary also felt that the pure and sincere voices of the younger generation were crucial in enhancing the consciousness of Humanity. It was most auspicious that members from these three areas were invited to the Fuji Sanctuary for the very first time this year to commune in united prayers for peace to prevail on Earth. As the participants entered the room for the round table discussion, we were each given a monitor that allowed for instant translations, so we could all fully understand each phase of the discussion. This will give you an opportunity to glimpse the variety of presenters and our thoughts on the power prayer has to shift consciousness. (website) The meeting began with a presentation by the Youth Leaders. Then they went to a separate meeting room to have their own round table discussion. Throughout the day, the rest of us got to know each other and shared our thoughts about the transformation of consciousness and the power of prayer. At the end of the day, the Youth Leaders joined us again and did a beautiful presentation. Then together we composed a unified Prayer for Peace to be presented at the gathering the following day. On May 20th, the day of the Symphony of Peace Prayers, the Directors of the Elements and the Elemental Kingdom blessed us with a pristine day. The atmosphere was so clear that we were able to see not only the radiant, snow-capped beauty of Mt. Fuji, but snow-capped mountains in the distance that we didn't even realize were there. The bus picked us up at the hotel at 8:30 a.m. and took us to Fuji Sanctuary where over 10,000 people were gathering to pray. The energy on this holy day was palpable. On he sacred grounds of the Fuji Sanctuary, there is a Peace Path which leads to the prayer field. This path is lined with 192 peace poles, one for every country on Earth. Written on each pole in the language of the country are the words: May Peace Prevail on Earth. The prayer field is a large meadow that will accommodate over 10,000 people. The boundary is marked by 192 flag poles and flags for every country. These gently blowing flags create a feeling of amazing peace, global unification and Oneness. At another location on the grounds, there is a very large, imposing globe that sits on top of a beautiful hill overlooking a map of the world. Light pouring forth from the Infinite Realms is anchored through the globe and connects the core of the Earth with the heart of the Universal God. On the world map, every country is displaying a peace pole, which represents the peace poles that have been anchored around the world by dedicated Lightworkers. These peace poles serve as acupuncture needles anchoring the Golden Light of Eternal Peace into the Crystal Grid System of the Earth. In this article we will discuss what we term the "Spiritual/Endocrine" system and its role in balancing energy within the body. In the second article, we will discuss "Emotional/Spiritual Balancing and Grounding the Physical Body". Many of you have noticed how you seem to struggle with your energy levels, often fluctuating from high energy to extreme exhaustion. Or you may just be exhausted all the time. Or you may feel yourself slowing down and not being capable of the same levels of physical work that you were before. Or you may be finding the physical demands of life very hard. Or you may wonder why some people are so affected by the energies and others seem not to notice anything. Well, the "old model" third-dimensional human being operated on a seven chakra energy system, of which only maybe two or three of the lower chakras were fully functional and clear. The new energy "human angel" operates on a twelve chakra energy system, of which all the chakras need to be clear and functional. And further, the higher vibrations of the 8th and 9th chakras are mediated through the physical body in a fully awakened being. This means that tremendous amounts of energy are pouring through the bio-energetic system of the ascended New Earth "human angel". The importance of keeping the bio-energetic system in balance is crucial to the health and well-being of the individual, otherwise the energy will "blow" and there will be problems both physical and emotional. But it is relatively simple to keep the system in balance once the bio-energetics of the Spiritual Endocrine system are understood. Before we discuss this system, we will just add that those who have not activated their twelve chakra system, or ascended, are still feeling the effects of the higher vibrational energy of the Fifth Dimension. To them it feels like pressure that needs to be equalized. The energy "outside" seems to be moving too fast, and they become stressed and "unable to keep up". Ironically, the answer is not to move faster, but to slow down physically so that the inner vibrations can rise to match those on the outside. The higher the inner vibrations, the calmer the person becomes, and the more able to open to higher states of awareness. The Spiritual/Endocrine System - The Pineal Gland: The Higher Vibrational Portal to the Body The portal between the physical and material body and the realms of energy and light is the body's Endocrine or Hormonal system. It is through this portal that light transmissions from the light bodies are mediated into physical chemical messages that enter the bloodstream as hormones. These hormones regulate the energy distribution and functioning of the physical body. If the Endocrine system is over stimulated, it produces the energy surges and imbalances that many people feel as they adjust to their new body and its energy flows. The light energy from the higher dimensions that is pulsated from the Galactic center, enters the physical body at the Pineal gland. This small gland in the brain is the crucial portal for the reception of higher vibrations of light. In the human angel or ascended being, it is fully active and functional at all times. In the old energy human it was only used in meditation; the person would "go up" to meet the higher vibrations of guides and angels and the higher self, and then "come down" again. The fully activated human angel lives with this angelic/spiritual portal in a fully active state all the time. This is equivalent to being in a state of deep meditation (Theta brain waves) during ordinary waking hours. This is why so many people in transition feel "spacey" and "disorientated" as they adjust to ordinary life at this deep level of consciousness. It is the work of this time to live with this higher level of consciousness and still be grounded enough to function clearly in the physical world. However, Theta is also the level of miracle creation and shaping energy with intent for manifestation, so that when this adjustment is made, miracles can be created more easily. At this time, many people experience "power surges" in the Pineal gland. When there are significant electromagnetic emissions from the Galactic center, the Pineal gland becomes electrically overloaded and over stimulated. This is turn can lead to an over-stimulation of the brain's other main Endocrine gland, the Pituitary, which creates problems of energetic balance in the physical body. The Pineal and the Pituitary are directly connected in the body's electromagnetic or bio-energetic "circuit board", for the Pituitary is activated by the light emissions or messages that are transmitted from the Pineal. The Pituitary: The Key to Balance The Pituitary gland is the "master endocrine gland", whose basic function is to regulate the activities of the body through controlling the hormonal balance. It co-operates with the Thyroid gland to regulate energy expenditure in the body. If the Pituitary is over stimulated, it can temporarily over stimulate the Thyroid (and the Adrenals at the lower levels), producing the surges of energy and the feeling of being on a "high". This imbalances the body, and if this continues for too long it can produce adrenal burn-out or stress exhaustion. It can also produce extreme physical exhaustion as the Thyroid moves between over activity and under activity, in an attempt to regulate the energetic fluctuations of the body. It can also produce depression and anxiety, as brain chemicals such as serotonin are also put out of balance. As a result, the individual can experience extreme physical and emotional symptoms as the body seeks to cope with this new surge of evolutionary energy that is creating the crystalline body as a clear vehicle for the higher consciousness of the human angel. We must emphasize, that the human body is a marvelous self-regulating organism that always seeks balance. In this process of bio-energetic evolution it strives to assist you to find that balance as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy the power and energy of the new crystalline body. The rewards will be increased longevity, perfect health and boundless energy. But the problem right now for many of you is often that the way that you live is not allowing the body to make the adjustments that it needs. So as your Pituitary gland feels the increasing stimulation, you will need to slow down. If you do not, the body will do it for you. That is why so many people experience illness as their body forces them to slow down and to allow the recalibration or adjustments of the bio-energetic hormonal or Endocrine system. It is far better, to heed your body's instructions to slow down. If you feel stressed or tired, the rest. As you rest, your Higher Self will work to create the balance in your Spiritual/Endocrine system to allow you to handle the increased levels of vibration of the incoming energies. Calming the System: The Role of the Thymus Gland and "Breathing through the Heart". The best way to work with calming and balancing the body is to work with the breath and the energy of the Thymus gland, or the "high heart". The Thymus is the energy portal of the Heart Chakra, where the light or energy emissions are experienced in their essence as Unconditional Love. The Heart Chakra is also the master chakra for the lungs, and the act of physical breathing activates the Thymus and the Heart Chakra. You may have noticed how when you are anxious you may breathe in a very shallow way, even holding your breathe. This does not allow the Heart Chakra to open, and it prevents balance at this level. When you are deeply relaxed, as in meditation, you breathe deeply and allow the Heart energy to flow smoothly, producing that sense of deep calm and relaxation that characterizes meditation. So, the way to calm the bio-energetic system and to return balance to the body is a technique that we call "Breathing through the Heart". When you breathe deeply and focus on the Heart Chakra, you flood the system with the light energy of Unconditional Love. This, in turn, counter-balances the excess electrical stimulation at the Pineal by providing a feeling of calmness and peace. The more you learn to breathe deeply, to become a "conscious breather", the more you will activate the function of the Thymus, which not only enhances feelings of Unconditional Love, it also plays a fundamental role in the health of the body by supporting the physical immune system. A Strong Body supports a Strong Spiritual Endocrine System Probably the best way to support the changes in your body is through regular physical exercise and good diet. A strong healthy body is a far better vehicle for the powerful twelve chakra energies than a weak and tired one. In fact, unless you build your physical strength, you will be unable to support the demands of the new energy load on your body. For the New Earth crystalline body is a strong and healthy body. It is designed to move and to be active. It likes fresh air and outdoor activity. The more time you spend outdoors, breathing deeply as you walk or engage in other physical activity, the more your body will be assisted to regulate and balance the new crystalline bio-energetic system as you make the evolutionary shift. Once the balance is established, you will feel calm, peaceful and powerful. You will be able to use your twelve chakra system to create the miracles that you desire in your life. So, you can understand why it is so important to assist your body in this transition as it "re-wires" and "activates" your Spiritual Endocrine system. It will achieve balance all the more quickly if you co-operate and allow the process by slowing down and consciously working to create balance in your life. As you move through your daily life it is time for you to remember that nothing is separate from this Love, and every movement, every moment, everything is part of this glorious wonder. I want you to truly notice how different your experience of life is, depending on whether you are viewing through your ego mind or through your heart. You are comprehending, all of you, that the same things that you can be doing can be experienced completely differently by you on different days, depending on whether you are experiencing them through the little mind or through the heart. One of the things that the ego mind does is compartmentalize your life, again functioning in the realm of “either/or.” You are either meditating, communing, having a spiritual experience or you are living daily life in the world. You already know that these lines are illusory, that they have nothing to do with what is “Real.” My request of you is that you bring this now deeply and personally into your experience of your moments, that every moment may be the blessing that it is meant to be, dearest one – that it may fill you with all the riches and the joy of the living spirit, and that your heart which is My treasure may truly take its nourishment from Me every single moment of your life. The time has come for important decisions, decisions that often slip through the cracks because to the little mind they seem ordinary, when in truth they are everything. These decisions are your moment to moment decisions about where you place your focus and consequently about your vibration and where your energy stays. I am asking of you now to make it the greatest priority. Make every moment count in the lifting up of humanity to Love and beloved ones, it starts with you. Every moment you have the choice whether to live in this glorious communion or to live in the world of the ego mind. Very often it seems enticing to just let your guard down a little bit and float along with the ego’s agenda for a while. But the truth is there is not time for this. Everything is critical. Every moment counts in this work that you do in uniting all levels of life on Earth into one, into the one truth of Love. All levels, all evaluations, all things that create separation must fall away now, dearest ones, that truth may become your daily life, every moment’s experience. When your heart leads and you are connecting with everything around you, you will feel the living spirit of all powerfully in your heart. These acts of daily living that seem so ordinary become then the most beautiful communion with the spirit of Love, with All That I Am and with all the great panoply of expressing life that is ever alive within Me. Only thus may you feel the great spirit of the water in the simple act of washing your hands. Only thus may you experience the messages of movement in the spirit that is the wind. Only thus may you see the omni-dimensional nature of Creation, of the cosmos. Only then can you find the doorways that are ready to open for you. Your hearts, dearest ones, are now everything and there is not a moment to lose. Let Me be for you your guide each Now in your experience of your life, because if you do, then, precious hearts, I can show you what is Real beneath the illusory projections of a separate world and a belief in a separate life. In this great communion you will find the experience of “both/and” – that you can be this magnificent life stream, that you can be this glorious Twin Flame heart. At the same time, you are blended in a great dance of oneness and joy. The celebration of life becomes who you are and this vibration of living Love will open the vortex, the Stargate to the Vertical and the universal experience of life as coming only and always from Love and nothing else. So every game of the horizontal is the ego mind creating its own domain and populating it with experiences that convince you that it is valid. But one step into the Real of Love, into this communion as My heart and you will experience as well as know that the ego mind has no part in the Reality of Love. For the Reality of Love is unending. It has no beginning and no end. So the constructs of time are irrelevant. Only Love is your experience. Yet, Love, oh, beloved ones, is so varied, so rich, so unending in its glory, in its expression of giving through the heart that you are that life is always exciting and vast -- always beckoning you into greater Love, into more experiences of joy, into understanding yourself as Twin Flame hearts and as the All of Love. So as we break down the old constructs of a consensual dream of duality, your choices, moment to moment, are everything, beloved ones. For everything is always a statement of vibration. Everything is ruled by the law of Love -- that which is given is what is received, multiplied as the one self – the one self with countless streams of consciousness, the glorious Love That I Am. Your every choice is anticipated by all who live to serve this awakening. Love -- the remembrance of truth that is life on Earth experienced as symbols -- will become for you now your daily life, if you choose this miracle of Love. If you choose, dearest ones, to hold this communion with Me as an ongoing part of your life, I will show you how every moment is a miracle, amplified through your Twin Flame heart. Because Love is a hologram and life and Love are one, it no longer matters which way you look. Looking outward or looking within. Once you are in touch with your own heart, then everything is an entry into the one truth of glorious Love, the Real of Love I Am. So every symbol of this life in the world makes way now for the truth of Love. The only criteria, dearest ones, is your method of interpretation – is it ego? or is it heart? If you will look with your heart perception, I will show you every true thing and make of everything the living doorway to the truth of Love I Am -- even those things that to the little mind would seem impossible to see as Love. Through the power of grace and the truth of the heart these things will reveal themselves as God I Am. Let only your heart touch everything, that you not be bringing the old world back into view through the judgment of the little mind and ego as it labels things “bad” or “good.” Rather, dearest ones, let your heart feel the truth beyond every symbol. All is made of Love. Every molecule and atom is Love and nothing else -- nothing that has been perceived by the ego mind or projected into view. The truth of what is behind all things is ever and only the ocean of Love. But not only the ocean, beloved ones, and that again is the glorious miracle -- it is the ocean brought into its fullness, illuminated, amplified and given life by the great impetus of the Divine Masculine that creates the Twin Flame heart. It is this movement that is the power, the beauty, the glory and the grace of a cosmos that is always and ever becoming more, more Love and more life. So if you live from the heart every moment, you will recognize your own life as well as ever and always and only bringing increase in all that is good, glorious and holy. Increase of the glorious Love I Am is the only thing that is happening. This increase is happening as your heart and as your spirit as well. The truth is, beloved ones, that you must fight diligently to keep yourselves out of this magnificent flow. It is time to relax and let this “Good” be your experience now. Every raindrop is a messenger from the Real. It is a symbol of the electrons of light as they carry their cargo of nourishment from the Moment of Creation to you, and through this heart you are to all that is increased by your Love. So let yourselves feel and drink of this nourishment as you commune with each raindrop and feel that it symbolizes your communion with every particle of Love and light in Me. Open yourselves and receive, dearest ones, and you will feel the blessing. You will feel every atom in your body responding and you will know because you are experiencing the living Now from the center which is your heart. Walk with Me through your daily life. Let Me be your tour guide through the moments. I will show you how to keep yourselves aligned with the vibration of the Moment of Creation itself. I want you to live as the miracle, live as the miracle that you are, and experience everything that touches you as this communion of Love because it is the only thing that is Really happening. One Love is creating more of itself through the consciousness and heart that is you, bringing increase of joy and the living spirit every moment. Every moment all is renewed in this perpetual fountain of life. Please understand that perception now is everything, because your perception influences your vibration and the vibration of the world must be lifted up now into the realms of Love. Nothing else is more important. As you open yourselves to this flow, you will find that this Love I Am speaks as you to change the perception of other lives as well. Then this Love can gently touch each heart, that each heart knows itself as cherished – cherished by the I Am Creator of each precious and glorious life. Yet, Creator is not really the correct word because All That Is lives within Me as the temple. I Am rather the explosion of awareness that is the union of consciousness and Love. Out of this has come the fulfillment of every potential for ecstasy and only in the pocket of reversal has any part of Me turned away. But deep in the heart of every human being lives the perception of the truth and the one universal heart beat is ever and always present, keeping time to the rhythm of eternity. Beyond duality, beyond the perception of Love and something else, each heart is called to a higher life and I Am amplifying these flames of Love in every precious heart. As they ignite, beloved ones, I need you to be My voice, to help explain this shift in perception from the ego mind to the heart, that each person on Earth makes the transition effortlessly into the Real of Love. Time is collapsing quickly and as it does, all the ego mind’s views come rushing up before each person and must be examined and either lived or released in favor of Love. Every decision counts. Every “yes” to Love is paramount. Every communion with Me in each heart lifts a precious one free, free to experience what is Real, free to be the truth of this life and free to leave behind the hardships of the world of the ego mind and see and feel only light. So, My communion with you is the center of all that is about to unfold. Therefore, I ask you to walk with Me, to eat with Me, to sleep with Me, to be this living communion through every moment of your life. As you do, you become the living heart of Love itself, the heart through which I pour the truth to radiate forth into this world and bring everyone back to Love.
